What we do
Group Buy Estate brings together buyers who want a home in the same project and negotiates a group price with the developer on their behalf. We are not the developer of any project shown on this site.
Joining a group
Joining a group is free for buyers. Joining does not commit you to buy. We earn our fee from the developer when a deal closes.
Prices and savings
List prices, sizes, possession dates and other project details on this site are indicative and can change. A group price is not final until the developer agrees it with the group. Savings depend on the project, the home and the size of the group, and are not guaranteed.
Your booking
If you buy a home, you book and own your own unit. Your booking, payments and agreement are between you and the developer, on the developer's terms.
Check before you book
Every project should be registered with UP RERA. Check the project's record at up-rera.in, and read the developer's documents, before you pay anything.
Using this site
Give us accurate details when you fill in a form. Do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
