Privacy policy
This policy explains what Group Buy Estate collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect:
- your name and mobile number
- the project and type of home you are interested in
- a site visit, if you pick one
- the page you sent the form from, and the tag of the advertisement or invitation link that brought you here, if there was one
How we use it
We use your details to call or message you about buying groups, to add you to the group for the project you chose, and to arrange site visits. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Our own team sees your details. If you decide to book a home through a group, we pass the details needed for that booking to the project's developer. Companies that run parts of this website for us, such as our hosting provider, may process the data on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors use it and to measure our advertising. When they are switched on, those services set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the kind of device you use.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to help you with a purchase. We delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact details below and we will act on your request.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
